OnOffice is taking the Design for Diversity pledge to support diversity and inclusivity in the design industry
Design for Diversity is a new initiative launched on 18th June 2020, by Rukmini Patel & Kate Watson Smyth writer of Mad About the House blog.
The three-point Pledge covers Visibility, Opportunity and Accessibility, and is a first step to working towards a more diverse design industry, giving brands, businesses and bloggers a guideline on areas they can work on.
OnOffice is taking the Design for Diversity Pledge as we believe in building inclusive teams and are passionate about encouraging diverse talent.
