Rackline has launched a new powered mobile shelving system called Quantum, designed as an entry-level mobile system for customers looking for the sophistication of a powered system but without the high price tag to match. The shelving system is operated by touch-sensitive black anodized aluminium buttons on the side of each unit. The cable free unit is powered by lithium ion batteries which can be charged by plugging into a 13 amp plug or hard wired into an electrical spur. Quantum is designed to provide minimal disruption to the office environment.
