The bOne chair from JDF Raum und Kunst was inspired by the human bone structure. Designed to be light and stable, the chair itself mimics our bone structure, while the upholstery cylinders mimic our skin cells and conform to the individual’s unique ergonomics. The frame can be made from metal or wood with laser burnt holes for the foam cylinder upholstery to fit into; their own tension fixes them firmly into place without the need for fasteners. The upholstery can be covered in various materials depending on your requirements.
